  • 6-10 miles: $75
  • 11-20 miles: $100
  • 21 miles +: Group appointments of 3+ only, $150

Weight Loss Consult

Book your weight loss consultation prior to our weight loss treatments. Approval by physician needed prior to starting compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. Please have labs within one year available (CMP, A1C, TSH, and Lipid Profile), complete your health history, and sign consents prior to appointment.

My background is emergency room nursing, and my mission is to normalize health and wellness at home and in the workplace. We have a beautiful office by the beach and we are mobile, that means you can skip the waiting room, we come to you! All of our IV hydration and vitamin therapy sessions are customized because we believe “no two bodies are alike”.
